Booking Deposit:

A $200 per day deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

First Mate Gratuity:

A 15%-20% gratuity on the trip total is customary. Our First Mate is a knowledgeable professional who works hard to ensure a positive and safe experience from the moment they board until the last line is stowed. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.

Weather Cancellation Policy:

Chaos Theory Sportfishing reserves the right to cancel trips due to weather conditions if safety is a concern. In the event of a weather-related cancellation, we will work with you to reschedule to another available date, or your deposit will be fully refunded.

Client Cancellations:

All client cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance to receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days will forfeit the deposit.
